My journey in life has taken me to many places and a multitude of experiences. In my youth I played sports, went hiking and camping. I moved to California at 20 and spent some time in LA trying to be a rock star but later moved to San Francisco where I spent the next 20 years experiencing a multitude of ups and downs. Fast forward to the last 10 years I find myself in a new adventure where I reflect on my life and my accomplishments.
Just an average guy who has been very blessed in life. Life's Wristband is my way of telling that story and hopefully give good advice on living life to the fullest.
